Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process applies.

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

  • ·You can cancel an order any time before the seller dispatches it — typically within the first 12–24 hours.
  • ·Go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel Order.
  • ·Cancellation is instant and a full refund is processed immediately.
  • ·For prepaid orders, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancelling After Dispatch

  • ·Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly.
  • ·You may refuse delivery when the courier arrives. The item will be returned to the seller.
  • ·Refunds for refused deliveries are processed within 5–7 business days after the item reaches the seller.
  • ·Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused deliveries unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

  • ·A seller may cancel your order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or logistics constraints.
  • ·You will be notified immediately via email and SMS.
  • ·A full refund including any shipping charges will be processed within 24–48 hours.

4. Auto-Cancellations

  • ·Orders with failed or unverified payments are automatically cancelled within 30 minutes.
  • ·COD orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be auto-cancelled by the seller.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • ·Orders already out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Refuse delivery to initiate the return process.
  • ·Customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • ·Digital goods (gift cards, software keys) are non-cancellable once delivered.

6. Refund Timeline After Cancellation

  • ·Wallet / UPI: Instant to 24 hours.
  • ·Net Banking / Debit Card: 3–5 business days.
  • ·Credit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your card issuer).
  • ·COD Orders: Refunded to ShoppyJi Wallet within 24 hours, or to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

7. Partial Cancellations

  • ·For multi-item orders, you can cancel individual items before dispatch.
  • ·The refund for cancelled items is processed separately and does not affect the rest of your order.
