1. Return Eligibility

  • ·Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most categories.
  • ·Fashion & Footwear: Up to 15 days from delivery, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • ·Electronics & Appliances: 7-day return window. The item must be in original packaging with all accessories.
  • ·Beauty & Personal Care: Only eligible if delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened items are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • ·Groceries & Perishables: Not eligible for returns. Refunds are issued only for items that are spoiled or incorrectly delivered.
  • ·Books & Stationery: Eligible if delivered in damaged condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • ·Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • ·Opened personal care or hygiene products.
  • ·Customised or personalised items.
  • ·Digital products (e-books, software keys, gift cards).
  • ·Items marked 'Non-Returnable' on the product listing.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • ·Go to My Orders in your ShoppyJi account and select the order.
  • ·Click 'Return Items' and choose the reason for return.
  • ·Select whether you want a Refund or Replacement.
  • ·Schedule a pick-up. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your address within 2–3 business days.
  • ·Alternatively, you may drop off the item at a designated courier point.

4. Return Conditions

  • ·Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • ·Products with tampered serial numbers or IMEI are not eligible for return.
  • ·We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

5. Refund Process

  • ·Once the returned item is received and quality-checked by the seller (typically 2–3 business days after pick-up), your refund is initiated.
  • ·Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited back within 5–7 business days.
  • ·UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
  • ·Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
  • ·Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your ShoppyJi Wallet within 24 hours, or to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • ·Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to ShoppyJi's or the seller's error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • ·If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • ·Attach photographs of the damaged item and packaging to your support request.
  • ·We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • ·Email: support@shoppyji.com with Subject: 'Damaged Item — [Order ID]'.

7. Replacements

  • ·Replacement requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
  • ·Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • ·Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after the original item is picked up.
