1. Delivery Coverage

  • ·ShoppyJi delivers to 27,000+ pin codes across India, covering all states and Union Territories.
  • ·Some remote areas (Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, certain hilly regions) may have extended delivery timelines or limited serviceability.
  • ·Pin code serviceability is checked at the time of placing an order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • ·Free Delivery on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above.
  • ·A flat ₹49 shipping fee is charged on orders below ₹499.
  • ·Some heavy or bulky items (furniture, large appliances) may carry additional handling charges displayed at checkout.
  • ·Express delivery, if available at your pin code, may carry an additional ₹79–₹149 charge depending on the seller and product.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • ·Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 1–3 business days.
  • ·Tier-2 Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • ·Tier-3 & Rural Areas: 5–9 business days.
  • ·Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products in select cities, displayed with a '⚡ Today' tag.
  • ·Timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier disruptions.

4. Order Processing

  • ·Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • ·Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • ·You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • ·Track your order in real-time from your ShoppyJi account under 'My Orders'.
  • ·A tracking link from the courier partner is shared via SMS and email upon dispatch.
  • ·For issues with tracking, contact our support team at support@shoppyji.com.

6. Courier Partners

  • ·We work with leading courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and India Post.
  • ·The courier assigned depends on your pin code and the seller's warehouse location.
  • ·ShoppyJi does not own or operate any logistics infrastructure directly.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • ·If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times.
  • ·After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to the seller. A refund will be issued after the return is processed (5–7 business days).
  • ·Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • ·If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • ·For lost shipments, raise a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • ·Email: support@shoppyji.com with your Order ID and description of the issue.
