Delete your ShoppyJi account

This page is for shoppers who created a ShoppyJi account on the ShoppyJi app or at shoppyji.com. Send one email to support. Ninety days later, we remove all data of that buyer.
How to request deletion
- 1Email support@shoppyji.com. If your account has an email, send it from that address. If you signed up with a mobile OTP, include the registered mobile number in the message.
- 2Use the subject line: Delete my ShoppyJi account.
- 3Tell us you want the ShoppyJi account deleted, and include the registered mobile number.
- 4That email starts a 90-day deadline. After 90 days, ShoppyJi removes all data of that buyer.
What happens after 90 days
The 90 days start from the deletion email to support@shoppyji.com. When that deadline ends, our system removes all data of that buyer, including the profile, mobile number, email, addresses, orders, wishlist, and wallet.
